Order tracking:
Shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will contain the tracking number for your order.

Return policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached. Exchanges/returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase. After 7 days and before 14 days, a store credit for the amount of the purchase, less shipping will be issued. After 14 days, there are no refunds or exchanges.
All sales are final on sale items, jewelry, accessories, shoes, handbags and sale merchandise.
Maison de Modele does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an exchange, shipping charges will apply. Also, we cannot refund shipping charges for returned items.
All credits/refunds will be reissued via original payment method.

Return procedure:
Please follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Please pack and seal securely the merchandise in its original box if possible. Include the original receipt and send the package to the address below. We recommend that you insure the return packages as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we don't ship ourselves.

Upon receipt of return goods, Maison de Modele reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Order guidelines:
Orders placed mon.-fri. before 5pm will be cst will be processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 5pm cst will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping items may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Sales tax:
Sales tax is only applied to Texas residents at a rate of 8.25% since Maison de Modele is located in Texas.
